Andrea Bertolini: “Michael ran a perfect lap! We have to bear in mind that we had lots of ballast on board and without it we would probably be in pole. The track pace is excellent and we have to stay focused. We need to take the weather into account for tomorrow’s race but we are optimistic”.

Alex Müller (2): "I have to thank the team, which worked very hard to supply Ramos and me with a top performing car. It is the season's second pole position for the Vitaphone Racing Team. Tomorrow we will race to win".

Michael Bartels: «I think today was a great show of strength from our cars considering the ballast we had. Andrea and I had 95kg and Miguel and Alex 45kg. Clocking first and fourth is not too bad especially as the other cars did not have any ballast to worry about».
