It was an extraordinary debut for Maserati Corse in the GT4 European Cup. Two pole positions and a win is the haul so far with Alessandro Pier Guidi pocketing the lot.
After securing pole position in both qualifying sessions, the driver from Alessandria also dominated Saturday's race. Starting from the front row, Pier Guidi slipped two positions in the first few metres but only because he tried to avoid clashing with other drivers and ruining his race.
