"To avoid one particular driver ahead of me (Maggi, ed) I was forced into a spin. The incident cost me first place. I fell to the back of the standings and had to mount a comeback. As luck would have it, I found myself stuck behind the same driver and we both ended up off the track. The car became difficult to drive after this episode and so finishing second is a good result. It is a shame as my race was going well and I had a decent lead".
