Sperati is not a newcomer to Maserati as he drove the GranSport Light for AF Corse in the 2006 FIA GT3. He ended up as the quickest driver at the wheel of the Modenese car.
With that experience behind him, the Sperati has decided to test himself in the new single-make series.
