The tyres were cold over the opening laps because we didn’t even run a warm-up lap. This meant that I didn’t push too hard and risk making a mistake which could have compromised my race. As the laps went by, the tyres came up to temperature and I pushed on and left the pack behind. I am very pleased. I wanted to repeat the Spa success and I did”.

Matteo Grassi-Swiss Team (2nd Team): “It was a tough start because I am still not that comfortable in the car. Then the car ahead of me started losing fuel and I had some breathing problems. In the end it turned out okay and I am pleased with second place”.
