"Once I had edged in front of our direct rival in the Team series, I opted to avoid taking any risks and chose to get the car to the finish. Valencia has a special significance for me as it was here, in 2008, that I lost a team mate. I would like to dedicate this category win to him".

Davide Durante - Swiss Team (7th overall, 2nd Team): "I think there is nothing we can do about the title as we have competed in fewer races than our rivals. I started well in my race but had problems with the set up as we chose to favour my team mate (Grassi, ed). Once Sbirrazzuoli had got past me, I realised that I couldn't live with his pace and so kept a steady tempo all the way to the finish".

Daniel Wazczinski - Kenvex Motorsport Team (12th overall, 3rd Team): "I am pleased with my showing in Race 2. I think I have improved as I drove consistently without making any mistakes. I had a battle with Andreas Segler that was clean, without either of us running off the track. For me that was important".
