The third round of the FIA GT championship is scheduled for Sunday, 21st June, and the German Vitaphone Racing Team will be on home turf with its two Maserati MC12s as the race will take place at the Oschersleben track in Germany.

Bartels/Bertolini, the reigning champions, reach this point in the championship by topping the Driver Championship thanks to their winning performance at the race held in Adria, Italy. At third place, the drivers of the team's other Maserati will be sharing the podium.
